Features：
1.  Liquid-type non-photo sensitive resist, good adhesion on most of the surface with better step coverage, thermal resistance & mechanical strength。
2.  The coated dried film is not water-soluble and capable to resist & survive in most of acidic solution。
3.  Can be easily dissolved in alkaline solution or in solution of DS-10 & S-100。

 涂布方式：
1. 旋转式涂布【1000 rpm→3um】(均匀性佳)。
2. 浸泡式涂布 (正反双面同时上膜)。
3. 喷雾式涂布 (简单，操作方便)。
4. 喷雾点胶 + 旋转涂布 (节省胶量，胶厚均匀性佳)。

干燥方式：
1. 可旋转自然干燥，烘烤干燥 (请注意溶剂挥发气体排放)。
2. 适当烘烤温度：65-85℃；时间：1-30分钟。

剥膜方式：
1. 使用DS-10 or S-100剥膜液 (溶液不会腐蚀铝等金属层)。
※ 请注意：S-100含有机溶剂，不适合运用于含有蓝膜 (PVC膜) 的制程。 ※ 2. 剥膜时间：15-300秒，需DI Water Rinse Cycles。
