What is Photomasks

A Photomask (also known as Mask, Plate, Layer, or Reticle) is a high precision plate containing microscopic images of electronic circuits. It is used as a media with contract Opaque (DARK) / Transparency (CLEAR) ) to transfer the image onto the substrate.
